15 Minute Sushi Style Salmon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350F and steam the rice and broccoli. 

In a medium size bowl combine all the salmon marinade ingredients then set aside.

Next add the salmon filets to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and remove any bones with tweezers from the salmon. Brush each piece of salmon generously with the marinade then bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the salmon is 135F Internally (Cook to your desired doneness).

While the salmon bakes, in a medium size bowl combine all the sauce ingredients and whisk until combined. 

Serve the salmon on top of the rice, add a nice drizzle of the sauce, then garnish with green onion and black sesame seeds. Serve with the broccoli on the side.
