Avocado Pâté

Grab your ripe avocados, and enjoy a savory snack you’ll want to make again and again.

In a food processor combine the avocado, cream cheese, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder, green onion, and lime juice. blend until smooth then taste it and adjust the seasoning to your liking.

Now you can serve the avocado pate immediately but I recommend taking a few ramekins and lining them with plastic wrap. Add the avocado pate to the lined ramekins and press down firmly to pack it in. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours to firm up.

After 2-3 hours remove the avocado pate from the ramekins and top with crushed pistachios right before serving.

Serve with your choice of crackers or chips on the side.
