Baked Pears

Serves 4




Preheat the oven to 400F. In a small bowl combine the maple syrup and vanilla then set aside. Cut the pears in 1/2 lengthwise and using a melon ball scooper remove the seeds. Lay the pears on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with the cut side facing up. Brush each pear generously with the maple syrup and vanilla. Sprinkle each pear with a little cinnamon. Bake the pears in the oven for 30 minutes or until you can poke with a knife and it goes in smooth. Let cool slightly then serve each pear with a dollop of greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
