Banana Brownies

When banana bread and brownies come together.

Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, add the bananas and mash with a potato masher until smooth. Next add the sugar, brown sugar, butter, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs to the bowl and whisk until combined.

In a separate large bowl combine the dry ingredients starting with the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until combined.

Next mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients a little at a time until a brownie batter has formed, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Now in a 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan greased with a little cooking spray or butter, add all of the batter and spread out evenly.

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. At 30 minutes check the brownies by Inserting a knife or toothpick in the center of the baking pan and if it comes out clean they are done.

Let the brownies cool then slice and serve.
