Bang Bang Chicken Skewers



Bang Bang Dipping Sauce Ingredients:


In a medium size bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and season to taste with salt. Set aside until you are ready to use. 

(NOTE: Double or triple the sauce recipe if serving to a party of 6 or more).

Cut the chicken thighs into 2×2 inch pieces and place in a large bowl. Season with avocado oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, onion powder, and paprika. Give everything a mix until the seasoning is evenly coating every piece of chicken, then place in the fridge to marinade for 20 minutes. 

If using wooden skewers make sure to soak the skewers for 20 minutes so they do not burn. Skewer about 3-6 pieces of chicken on each skewer and set aside. 

Next fire up the charcoal grill and grill the chicken skewers until the chicken is cooked to 165F internally then optionally brush the skewers with a little bit of the bang bang sauce while they are still on the grill.  

Once cooked, arrange the skewers on a platter and serve with the bang bang dipping sauce on the side. Optionally garnish with chopped parsley.
