Buffalo Chicken Dip

The classic party appetizer everyone loves.

Serves 10+




Season chicken breasts with salt pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Place in the oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Once removed from the oven, dice the chicken breast into small pieces and set aside.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add hot sauce and cream cheese. Mix until combined, and add shredded cheese (reserve 1/2 cup for topping) and ranch dressing. Continue to simmer until all ingredients melt together.

In a medium sized casserole dish, add your chopped chicken and buffalo sauce mixture. Mix and top with remaining shredded cheese. Place in the oven on 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and garnish with additional ranch, cotija cheese, green onion and hot sauce.

Serve with your choice of chips or sliced veggies.
