INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 375F on convection bake. (NOTE: you can also use an air fryer).

In a medium size bowl combine all the spicy dipping sauce ingredients and season the taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Cut the carrots in half then carefully cut a little bit off the sides of the carrots to make them into a rectangle shape. Cut the rectangle in half twice so that the carrots are cut into french fry shapes.

Place the cut carrots in a large bowl and season with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Give that all a toss to combine then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the carrots are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Serve with the dipping sauce on the side and garnish with parsley.
