Chicago Dog

Possibly the best glizzy ever.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil or steam the hotdogs for 3-5 minutes until cooked. Optionally, toast the poppy seed hot dog buns in a large pan on medium heat using a little butter. 

Assemble by adding the sliced tomatoes to the buns 1st, followed by the beef hot dogs. Top with onion, relish, mustard, dill pickle, sport peppers, and a pinch of celery salt.
