Gluten Free Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Cookies

these oatmeal cookies are great for a quick snack on the go.

2-15 cookies 




Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a large bowl add the ripe banana and mash until smooth. Now add the rest of the cookie ingredients and mix until combined. 

Next on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper add 1-2 tbsp dollops of the mixture and form into cookie shapes 1-2 inches apart. 

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cookies are set. 

Let cool before serving. 

(NOTE: the texture of the cookies will be a little different because there is no flour).
