Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

You wont be able to tell these are gluten free!




In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt then set aside.

In a separate large bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, egg, and almond milk. Whisk until a smooth batter has formed. Next add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough has formed. Fold the chocolate chips into the dough then form the cookie dough evenly into 1 Tbsp balls.

Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper 2 inches apart. Bake the cookies in the oven set to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for around 10-12 minutes.

Let the cookies cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before you serve.
