Green Pasta

The green sauce is the star of this dish. Just grab your favorite pasta and enjoy.

**Serves 3-4




Boil the linguine in salted water to the instructions on the package and cook till al dente. Make sure to save about 1 cup of pasta water for the sauce. 

In a blender combine the rest of the ingredients except the olive oil. While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the sauce is emulsified then season with salt to taste. 

(NOTE: the sauce will be thick and we will use the pasta water to thin it out when we toss the pasta. You can also add a little water or stock to the blender if needed to get it to blend).

Now in a large pan add a little oil and the linguine. Next add the sauce and a little pasta water. Toss the pasta in the green sauce and once hot and coating the noodles like pesto, it’s done.

Serve and top with more grated parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper.
