Grilled Citrus Chicken

This chicken is like a tropical vacation in every bite.

Serves 2-4




Cut off some of the fat on the thicken thighs if needed then add them to a large bowl with all of the ingredients.

Let marinade for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.

Grill the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165F.

Serve with rice or potatoes, and veggies. Also the chicken goes well as the chicken in a grilled chicken sandwich.
