Healthy Smoothie Bowl

Customise it how you like for a treat that’s refreshing and delicious.




Add the frozen fruit and kale to a blender or food processor filling no more than 3/4 of the way up. Add a splash of almond milk, just enough to get the smoothie to blend. (You want the consistency to resemble ice cream). Add more almond milk as needed. 

Place the smoothie in a medium size bowl and spread evenly.  Add all the toppings of your choice.
