High Protein Spicy Chicken Wrap

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a medium size bowl combine all the spicy ranch sauce ingredients and mix until combined. Taste it and adjust the salt and pepper to your liking if needed.

Cook the bacon until crisp and set aside.

Next in a large bowl add all the chicken marinade ingredients and mix until the seasoning is evenly covering the chicken. Let marinade for 20 minutes.

Grill or cook the chicken in a cast iron pan until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes then slice into strips and set aside.

To assemble the wrap heat the tortilla for about 30 seconds then add a nice layer of shredded lettuce followed by the tomato, cheddar cheese, bacon, shallots, chicken, and as much of the spicy ranch sauce as you like.
