Homemade Granola Bars

Customize this one however you like for a healthy snack on the go!




In a large bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, almonds, cranberries, raisins, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. 

In a separate bowl combine the butter, honey, and vanilla. 

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and toss until evenly distributed throughout. 

In a 9×9 baking pan lined with parchment paper, add all of the granola and press firmly and evenly into the bottom of the pan. (NOTE: if you do not press the granola in firmly, your bars will fall apart).

Bake in the oven set to 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Let the granola completely cool then slice into bars.
