Homemade Pizza Rolls

Totinos who?? these homemade pizza rolls are so easy to make ad taste 10x better than the ones you get at the store.




Cut the pepperonis into pieces that will fit inside the won ton wrappers. Crack the egg into a small bowl with 1 Tbsp of water then whisk and set aside.

Lay out the wonton wrappers on the cutting board and add a little pizza sauce to each one. Add a little mozzarella cheese and pepperoni to each one. (NOTE: be sure to not over fill).

Brush the sides with a little egg wash and fold in each corner to seal tightly.

Heat some vegetable oil to 350F in a deep fryer or dutch oven. Fry the pizza rolls in batches for about 3-5 minutes per batch or until nice and golden brown.

Drain the cooked pizza rolls on paper towels to remove the excess oil.

Serve with some pizza sauce on the side if you desire.
