Burger Sauce Ingredients:

In a a medium size bowl, combine all the burger sauce ingredients and season to taste with salt the pepper. Set aside.

Form the ground beef into (4) 1/4 pound patties and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Fire up the charcoal grill and cook the burgers to your desired doneness. Once the burgers are just about done, add a slice of Colby jack cheese on top and let the cheese melt for about 1 minute.

To assemble the burgers: Add 2 lettuce leaves as the “bottom bun” then add a burger patty on top of the lettuce followed by sliced tomato (season the tomato with a little salt), red onion, avocado, pickles, and homemade burger sauce. Add 2 more lettuce leaves as the “top bun” if desired.
