INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut the chicken thighs into 2 inch pieces that will fit on the skewers. You can find the skewers I use here. (Another option is to leave the chicken thighs whole and grill directly on the grates or for an indoor option, use a cast iron pan).

Next in a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs and all of the marinade ingredients. Let the chicken marinade in the fridge for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. 

Skewer the marinated chicken pieces on flat skewers and grill over hot coals until the chicken has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit internally. 

(PRO TIP: During the cooking process brush the chicken with the remaining marinade).

Now you are ready to serve the chicken with jasmine rice and veggies or whatever else you like. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
