Loaded Potato Salad

Summer’s not over yet! Here’s a new way to enjoy a cook out classic.

Serves 6+




Wash, rinse, and peel the potatoes then cut into bite size pieces.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and season generously with salt. Bail the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes or until they are just fork tender then drain and let cool.

Cook the bacon in a skillet or in the oven on 400F until crispy then chop up into small pieces.

Next a large bowl add the cooked and cooled potatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, green onion, and parsley. Give everything a mix then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Let chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour then serve at your next BBQ.
