Microwave Pizza

The classic lunch lady pizza from the 90’s

**1 Serving

In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Give the dry ingredients a quick mix then add the milk. Mix and form into a still dough.

(NOTE: you may need to add a little more milk or flour to get the dough to the right consistency. Not too wet or dry!)

Place a piece of parchment paper on top of a microwave safe plate. Place the dough onto the parchment paper and form into a personal pizza shape. Poke holes in the dough all over with a fork.

Microwave just the dough for 30 seconds.

Remove the dough from the microwave then add some pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmasan cheese, and pepperonis on top.

Microwave again for 1-2 minutes until the dough is cooked and the cheese is melted. (NOTE: the cook time varies depending on your microwave).

Let cool for 5 minutes.
