Paleo Mahi Mahi Bowls

Fresh and Flavorful.





On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, season the mahi mahi filets with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Place into the oven on 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.

For the pico de gallo: In a small bowl combine diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, a little lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix and set aside.

For the sauce: Combine Mayo, dairy free sour cream, hot sauce, garlic powder, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until combined and set aside.

To a bowl or plate, fan out your lettuce on the bottom the place you mahi mahi filet on top. Add cabbage, diced or sliced avocado, and pico de Gallo. Top with as much sauce as you like and garnish with green onion.
