Alfredo Sauce Ingredients:

In a large sauce pan on medium/high heat add 1 tbsp of oil and the ground beef. Brown and break up the ground beef then remove from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, reduce the heat to medium and add the diced onions and bell peppers. Sauté till the onions turn translucent then add the minced garlic. Once the garlic is fragrant after 30 seconds, add all of the seasonings. Stir the seasonings into the onions and bell peppers then add the ground beef back and season with salt and pepper. Lastly add the tomato sauce, stir, and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Bring some water to a boil and season with salt. Boil the spaghetti for about 1/2 the cook time then drain and set aside. (NOTE: the pasta will cook the rest of the way in the oven). Next for the Alfredo sauce: in a medium size sauce pan, add the butter and once the butter is melted add the garlic. Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant, then add the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer then add the parmesan and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted then taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Preheat the oven to 350F. In a 9×13 casserole dish, add all of the tomato meat sauce, the par cooked spaghetti, and Alfredo sauce. Mix until everything is evenly combined then top with shredded mozzarella and a little chopped parsley. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Then once cooked, let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
