TRUFF Slaw Fish Tacos

Salsa Ingredients:


In a large bowl combine all the truffle slaw ingredients. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to soften up the cabbage. 

In a separate large bowl, combine all the salsa ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside. 

Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Bake in the oven set to 350 degree Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes or until the fish starts to flake.  

Now it’s time to build the tacos starting by warming a flour tortilla and placing it on the bottom of the place. Add a nice filet to the of the fish to the tortilla and top with truffle slaw, salsa, garnish with thinly sliced radish and chopped cilantro.
